What is Public Equity?
Public Equity is arguably the most common and recognized asset class in an investor’s portfolio. Effectively, public equity is the stock market. Public equity plays a key role in achieving longer term growth and income objectives but comes with periods of significant volatility.
Affinity Financial Group uses its Portfolio Manager status to build a diverse equity portfolio that uses a mix of active and passive strategies. With an eye for value, we seek a blend of individual stocks, low fee passive strategies and high performing active strategies. In the end, we strive for a strong net of fee return profile on an equity investment. We are free to use any form of investment structure (ETF, Mutual Fund, Individual Stock) to achieve this outcome.
